4 Female Indigenous businesses from Eastern & Western Canada proudly present Grandmother's Wisdom, a collection of items inspired by our grandmothers, who are The Matriarchs that gives us Strength, Knowledge, Resilience and Wisdom. 

Though we each grew up in different Indigenous territories, each of our cultures are Matriarchal and our Grandmothers are considered the true Matriarch.

Each of us refer to the moon as Grandmother Moon and her Strength is tied directly to our Mother Earth. The strength of her full moon cycles have a direct effect on Earth's seasons and on us as well. She guides us through darkness and this Moon Dance goes year round, with June being tied to the Strawberry.

Our grandmothers are the sources of Knowledge and pass down healing and culture through Ceremony. The sacred smoke during  Ceremony rises to the skies and connects to the moon, stars and the Spirit World as we give thanks.

Our Grandmothers teach us Resilience through generations, helping us to adapt and survive so we can be the next Matriarch for our families.
